“Empire” star Jussie Smollet is recovering after being a hate crime victim. Smollet was attacked in Chicago by two unknown suspects that yelled racial and homophobic slurs, hit him, poured bleach, and tied a rope around his neck before leaving the scene.
Pop star Christina Aguilera is the latest entertainer to land on the Las Vegas strip. Her residency, The #Xperience, kicks off in May and runs through October at Zappos Theatre inside Planet Hollywood.
Margot Robbie is bringing back her DC alter-ego, Harley Quinn, as she revealed a first look on Instagram. Robbie is bringing executive-producing and starring in “Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn)” alongside Jurnee Smollett-Bell, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and Ewan McGregor.
Fox debuts not so live musical ‘Rent’ after one of the main performers breaks his foot during dress rehearsal. The latest musical outing garnered a record low of 3.6 million viewers.
